Many of the items in the shop are made to order. Production time varies depending on the item – some items take as little as 10 minutes while others can take 2 or 3 days depending on their complexity [these items will say so in their descriptions].

Since each order is unique, production time will vary from order to order. When an order is received, I schedule it in my Production Queue, so you can track the status of your made to order items. The queue is updated daily at 2PM EST, Monday thru Friday.

Orders in the Production Queue are processed in the order in which they are received and are labeled with the last 4 digits of your Etsy order number.

The Production Queue contains the following information:

• Order #

• Date Placed

• Estimated Time

• Scheduled Production Date

• Entered Production Date

• Order Completion

• PayPal is the only form of payment that I accept.

• For those of you who don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal allows you to make a payment with your credit card without you having to open a PayPal account. For more info visit: HOW TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD.

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. If payment is not made I’ll regrettably have to cancel the order. 

Please note that Items made to order enter production as soon as payment is received.

• For Custom Orders/Commissions, payment must be made upfront before the order enters production, no exceptions.

For those new to Etsy: To purchase items on Etsy, you need to register for an Etsy account. The process is simple and quick. For more info visit: HOW TO REGISTER and this article for a walkthrough of the CHECKOUT PROCESS.

• I only ship to the United States at this time.

• Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date.

Note: If you provide me an incorrect address and I ship your order to that address, it is your responsibility to track down your package. Orders lost in such a manner are not eligible for a refund.

• All items ship via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted in the Product Description. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification & tracking number for your package. You should receive your order in 2 to 3 days.

• Please open and inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or you wish to return the order you have 48 HOURS to contact me. Please view the Refunds & Exchanges policies for more details.

• The shipping cost includes charges for packaging & handling. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely.

• All orders $50 and over ship insured.

• All orders $250 and over require a signature confirmation upon delivery. No exceptions.

Note: Completed orders ship Monday thru Saturday, excluding US holidays.

Winter Notice: Due to New England’s wild winter weather shipping delays may occur. Orders will ship as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Your happiness is very important to me. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me so we can work together to resolve the issue. To contact me about an order placed through my Etsy store: visit FoxyBoxySolutions.etsy.com and click on the link titled “Contact the shop owner.” in the left margin of the page. It’s in the “Shop Owner” section.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must contact me within 48 Hours of receiving your order. See below for details:

• Undamaged Items: If for any reason you wish to return an item or your order you may do so, but you must contact me with 48 hours of the receipt of your order to let me know. To receive a refund, ship the item(s) back to me (at your expense) in their original packaging. As soon as I receive the item(s) I will issue your refund.

• Damaged Items: Contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to let me know. Attached to your message, please include photos of the damaged item(s) and a photo of the exterior of the order’s box. You have a choice of a refund (full or partial depending on the situation & the number of items damaged) or a replacement. Please let me know which you would like in the message. You don’t have to ship damaged items back to me.

If you chose a refund, you will receive one within 24 hours of my receipt of the photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box.

If you decide on a replacement, I'll replace the damaged items and place your order at the top of my production queue.

[Please note: Due to limited availability of some materials, some items may not be able to be replaced. If this is ever the case, I'll promptly contact you to let you know of the situation.] 

• Personalized Items: Items that are personalized with a name or date cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the item arrives to you damaged you are eligible for a full or partial refund or you could chose to have the item(s) replaced. See the above paragraphs on Damaged Items for full details.
